Our biopolymer has been specially developed for boiler water treatment. It prevents, suppresses, and disperses deposits in boiler tubes, injectors, feed lines, and economizers. It keeps suspended carbonate, iron oxide, and phosphate sludge formed from reactions between water hardness, chemical treatment, and corrosion products. In the dynamic flow tests conducted within the company, the dispersion capability of Pionera biopolymer has been demonstrated to be equivalent to that of petrochemical-based dispersants and superior to standard lignosulfonates. The calcium carbonate scale dynamic flow test measured the weight of calcium carbonate scale deposited on a glass surface, using a saturation solubility of 100 times, a polymer inhibitor at 50 ppm, and a scale time of 2 hours. The gypsum scale dynamic flow test utilized a calcium sulfate saturation solubility of 1.2x, a polymer inhibitor at 10 ppm, a scale time of 8 hours, and a temperature gradient using copper pipes, with the scale amount evaluated both by weight and optically.
